The Challenge
Cables are part of daily life, found at our desks, in our bags, and often tangled at the bottom of drawers. While there are many cable organizers available, most are either too rigid, too plain, or too easy to misplace. They address one small issue but don’t really fit how people live and move throughout the day.
We aimed to create something that makes organizing cables simple, flexible, and enjoyable. We also wanted it to do more than just manage wires. The challenge was to design a modular, functional, and stylish solution that suits different lifestyles and spaces.

Our Approach
We began by observing everyday habits: how people store, tie, or wrap cables, and where clutter tends to build up. From these observations, we developed Cably, a modular collection of soft silicone accessories that can gather, tag, tie, or wrap cables easily.
Other Cably designs has hidden magnets that allow the modules to snap together when not in use and detach easily when needed. This small detail changed a simple accessory into a smart, flexible system that feels satisfying to use.
As the design progressed, we noticed something interesting: people were using Cably for much more than just cables. The same modular, magnetic, and grippy features made it useful in many other ways. It found its way into travel bags, kitchen drawers, garden tools, food storage, and even fashion and shopping setups, anywhere that needed a bit of order.
So we embraced that versatility. We refined the design, materials, and packaging to make Cably durable, easy to clean, and pleasant to handle no matter where you choose to use it.

The Result
